Returns
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Items must include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you by email or phone.
After inspection, we will update you with the status of your refund within 7 working days.
Refund method depends on your original payment:
- Bank card (debit/credit): Refund will be issued directly to your card.
- Cash on delivery: Refund will be issued to your electronic/online wallet.
If your order included faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, we may offer a replacement or substitute product. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund—including any delivery fees paid (if applicable). Items must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as received.
